Commission Complaints
30 July 2026
On 30 July 2026, Blue Motor Finance Limited (“BMF”) entered into administration and Simon Edel, Alan Hudson and Richard Barker were appointed to act as the “Joint Administrators” of BMF. The Joint Administrators have been appointed to manage the affairs, business and property of BMF, and to assess all actual or potential claims against BMF, including motor finance commission compensation claims. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the company and without personal liability.
The process for the assessment and, if relevant, payment of any claims will be determined by the Joint Administrators at the relevant time and notified to creditors, including creditors in respect of motor finance commission compensation claims. The Joint Administrators expect to provide information to all creditors on the expected future conduct of BMF’s administration in due course. Please note that any updates or correspondence in respect of potential motor finance commission compensation claims in relation to the Company will be issued either via the Joint Administrators’ website or a letter on Ernst & Young LLP letterhead and will be signed by one of the Joint Administrators. Creditors should exercise caution in relation to any other communications purporting to be issued on behalf of BMF or the Joint Administrators, as such communications may be fraudulent.
